Cornerstone Conveyancing is a family based business and was established in South Australia in 1979 by Sandra Cooper and acquired by Principal and Company Director, Nick Xenides in April 2016. July 2018 saw the collaboration of Cornerstone Conveyancing and BLHL Conveyancing Services and both practices now trade as Cornerstone Conveyancing.
Nick is highly respected within the industry and has been a Registered Conveyancer for over 40 years and highly experienced in all aspects of conveyancing.
Nicole, Nick’s daughter, is our Practice Manager and a Registered Conveyancer who also has over 12 years previous experience in banking. Her role as Practice Manager ensures that the office runs in an efficient and professional manner.
Andrew, Nick’s son, has been a Registered Conveyancer for over 10 years and also holds a degree in computer science. His expertise allows the practice to be at the cutting edge of technology and electronic settlements.
Our team has a commitment to ongoing professional development which ensures we are fully accredited with government registration requirements and with the Australian Institute of Conveyancers – SA Division.
Support staff within our practice have relevant qualifications for their specific duties, including the Australian Institute of Conveyancers – SA Division, Certificate in Practical Skills.
